How to ask
Email contact@marqui.app and include:
- the phone number you used to book (on WhatsApp or on the salon’s website);
- the name of the salon.
We may reply to confirm that the request comes from you before deleting anything.
What happens next
- We delete your customer and booking records linked to that phone number at that salon.
- We confirm the deletion by email. We reply within 15 days.
- If the law requires us to keep a record for longer, we tell you which one and why.
What is already deleted automatically
- WhatsApp conversation state: 24 hours after the last message.
- WhatsApp message identifiers: after 7 days.
